This afternoon Zai came up to me & asked if he could put peanut butter on arrowroot biscuits & then put sprinkles on top. I bravely let him ( trying not to think of the mess) - & they were really yummy!
When I asked him where he had heard how to make these he said
" Mummy, I was just sitting there thinking of all different ingrediants & this came into my head"- if he can create this well at 5, imagine 15!!

He decided to call them rainbows ( & I think they will be a family favourite)!
