Planting!!!

Today we started planting!!!!
We have just enough moisture in the soil, that the seeds should be able to germinate & push through the surface. Please pray for rain so that the seedlings can then grow.

It was definitely very dusty work & I've never seen Dave look so dirty in all the 13 years I've known him!!! (but he loved it! - there's something about planting that makes you feel happy & excited!)

And of course a landscape photo - I just can't resist taking one of these. This one is at sunset time & although this is towards the east, the whole sky lights up in beautiful colours!!!

Beautiful photos, and beautiful family!

Thank you for stopping by my site, and for praying for Chloe. So far so good, but please continue to pray.

Blessings to you and your lovely family.

I't so neat that you left the city for a life in agriculture. What did you folks do in the suburbs?

By the joy and peace in your pictures, I'd say you're fitting in right well!

I wish I could send some of our rain over there! Today is the first day it's been dry...a very nice change.

Will be praying for rain for you (and the rest of our farmers!)
Dave sure looks handsome and happy in his photo!!! Even big boys like to play in dirt too, hey?
How long will it take to plant out your seeds? How long til harvest? (excuse my ignorance!)
Give our love to all the littlies lots and lots of love xxxxxxxxxx

We too will be praying for rain. Dave looks like he had fun planting. The landscape looks beautiful. Love you all heaps.

P.S. Our DIY project is...Simon put in a canopy rangehood, we have to paint the wall (a feature). I'll post the pics when we finish painting.

Beautiful...and I have been praying that even if God doesn't send rain that your crops would flourish. That the earth would bring forth dew, which would be sufficient for your crop (and lives) to be blessed. I pray your testimony will bless God-as others around you don't flourish, due to no rain...give God the glory. Believe He is able Renata, and I will join you in that!

We will be praying for rain for your grop and the other farmers. We thank God for the answered prayer. As the sower sows the seed so does the Lord. Looks like a dusty job but a rewarding one.We cant wait to see the country side for ourselves.
