We decided to go for a walk around the farm, but unfortunately it only lasted about 20 mins (if that) because we were sooooooo cold! (OK I know I'm complaining, but I only moved from the subtropics in January!!)
Here are a couple of pikkies of Ellie I managed to snap while out & about. She looks so cute all bundled up!
I think this is an "indoor, relaxing" kind of holiday - it is just too cold (& rainy - not that I'm complaining about that) to do much outside. Aunty E has a fan club following her wherever she goes!
Don't know how the people who live where it snows handles it - I think I would shut myself inside & only leave home to go skiing ( I love snow skiing - I've done it once! LOL)

Poor Aunty EJ - you know how she just loves the cold at her home!! Hi to her and C! I thought there'd be a fan club. Great to see some green grass pushing its way up in the photos with Elly. We better get our trackies all washed cos the cold usually hits us about 3 days after you. Might even have to get the flanellette jamis out too! We've had rain too of late. Love to all. She does look cute all bundled up! It is funny to see pics of winter when we are in the middle of summer - not to rub it in or anything :). How fun to have a friend on the other side of the world.
It's weird to read that cold is hitting there when we are just now starting to get warm summer weather here! (I'm in the northwest USA) I'd bundle up and stock up on hot cocoa :)

What a beautiful walk Renata - your property is gorgeous. I love the open spaces! You are very blessed to have so many sisters, and the children so many aunts (and uncles) to love them!
Keep warm. :)
I love the pictures of Ellie with her cheerful yellow boots...a bright spot against the winter sky!
I'm jealous that you have sisters. I always wanted a sister, but I have only one brother. I was very excited to have two girls, because I knew that they would have great fun growing up together.
I love snow. When it closes in on the house, all puffy and pure, I love to sip hot coffee and dream of snowflakes on cherry cheeks. We are very active in winter, snow-mobiling, skiing, sledding, ice skating and more. You won't know what your missin' til you visit Canada in January!
