Yesterday we gave Zai a birthday party!!! Now I am of the conclusion after having 10 boys (well 12 counting the twins) here that boys have at least a TRILLION times the energy of girls!
I mean I always knew they were much more energetic - even as toddlers this shows, but put a group together of 5-7 year olds and you really need a whole squadron to police them !!!!!!!!!!LOL
OK seriously, Zai had a lot of fun- we had invited all the boys from Kinder & Year one ( a grand total of 11)! There was also a little friend of Ellie's & her older sister, so Ellie had a lot of fun playing "house" with the girls in the cabin when the party got too energetic for them!
If you're thinking the cake looks familiar - well I just did an AFL ground again (same as Monday's ) - Zai didn't want anything else!
They did calm down enough to play pass the parcel!We couldn't decide whether to hold the party inside or outside, but decided on outside as the clouds passed over - am I glad!!!!!
15 Happy children + 2 exhausted parents = a great party!!!!

I agree, boys are VERY different than girls. They're so much more rambunctious! One of Bee's best friends is a little boy named Cole, and after he's been at our house, I always need to take a nap.
