The time when we get up really early on freezing frosty mornings & ride around the sheep in case our 'midwifery' skills are required.
The time we search behind every tree ( well as many as we can) in search of a weak or sickly baby lamb.
The time my back shower cubicle gets cleaned EVERY DAY !!!
The time we stay up late to feed these baby lambies & then wake up early to do it all over again.
The time we get up during the night to check on the sick lambs & the dread in the pit of your stomach in case you find it dead.
The time we make a million bottles & then feed them to hungry babies.
The time we appreciate having 4 useful children to cuddle & feed lambies (because you only have 2 hands after all).
The time we reduce our holiday plans because we realise that it's that time of year again.
The time we again thank the Lord for his bountiful blessings.
That's right...lambing season 2012 has officially started here at Sunnyside!!!
