I've realised this week just how terribly behind in my posts I am when I looked back through my photos & saw these pictures. A little while ago I won a giveaway from Ann & I overlooked blogging a thank you post, so Ann please accept my sincerest apologies for not posting this earlier, but a very big THANK YOU for your wonderful giveaway.
I was so surprised when I opened the box to find the contents so beautifully presented - I saved the packaging & put them away to reuse!
What a lovely box of presents I received. I have read that magazine many, many times now & the family tile is beautifully greeting people as they enter our front door. As for the chocolate.....well.....long gone (& I've had cravings for more!)
If you've never visited Ann at Eight Acres of Eden, let me encourage you to! She lives in such a beautiful part of Australia - her blog is full of beautiful food, lovely scenery, artistic decorating, homemaking secrets, home schooling advice & much, much more and on top of all that she has such a gift for writing that I always leave feeling encouraged & refreshed! She also has the cutest little baby & identical twins that are almost the same age as my boys!
So thank you Ann for this giveaway & please forgive my tardiness
PS. I am experimenting with scheduling posts, so I hope one pops up tomorrow for you all!

I'm checking in with you again! I absolutely LOVE coming over to your blog, it's like a trip across the world into a beautiful country of peace!! I may not be able to get over there for real, but I feel like I can when I visit your blog!
What a fun package! I love to get goodies in the mail! That chocolate is some of the best, you were right to finish it right up!!
Take care and God bless you!!
It was such a pleasure to shop for all these little gifts and I'm so glad that you love them. I didn't expect a blog post to thank me! When I was at the Farmers' markets I also managed to pop in to the little gift shop where I found the tile and candle. She sells the most beautiful silk flowers and I found a bunch in shades of cream and green which had 40 % off the original price. I'm going to use them to create a wreath for my Christmas table.
Look out for some more of these buttons when I put up the post about my vintage wardrobe turned into a Christmas/craft cupboard. I used them to disguise the pins on the ribbon pin board I made for the inside door.. now to find the time to start some crafts and blog. I have a big group of teenage girls about to arrive (any moment now!) to camp inside my house ... they were meant to be camping outside but it rained and rained. Our living room is empty because we are renovating so they are sleeping in there. Could be a noisy evening!
Hope your holidays have been lots of fun and that your weather has been drier than ours. Cabin fever is starting to set in!
Oh Does'nt it look extra wonderful when wrapped up so nicely!
Ann is a doll,I too love popping in for a quick read I leave rejuvenated!
Congratulations on your lovely and generous prize from Ann. It is yummy chocolate, isn't it?
